The Google Student Ambassador (GSA) program was a Google initiative that allowed college students to represent Google on their campuses. The chosen students were the face of Google, they did the marketing for Google products and tech, and they even organized events, workshops, and training sessions for their fellow students. Being an ambassador meant that students acquired new skills in leadership, public speaking and tech, plus they had the chance to use Google tools like Google Cloud, Android and Google Workspace. Students also helped others by sharing their knowledge of smartphone app development, cloud computing, etc. - the skills that are in demand and the tech areas where students were led to through the GSA program.
