Google Facilitator Program

 The Google Facilitator Program is an initiative that aims to support and nurture student leaders on campus by allowing them to access resources, training, and Google Technologies. Facilitators, who often belong to initiatives such as Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC), are essential in introducing students to the learning phase through practical sessions and events.

The facilitators trained by Google are the ones who help the other members of the campus communities to learn the ecosystems like Google Cloud, Android Development, Firebase, etc. Once they receive Google training, the facilitators pass on their knowledge to others and help them with the development of the technology and problem-solving skills.

The program is a great opportunity for the development of technical, communication, and leadership skills, which in turn are the ways to increase the chance of getting hired. The program also provides the facilitators with a network of tech professionals and enthusiasts to connect with through events, workshops, mentorship, etc.
