One of Asia’s most popular summer research programs for undergraduate students is the Amgen Scholar Program at the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIIT-H). While many people think of Amgen Scholars as just another scholarship opportunity, the program provides an internship-like experience that enables participants to integrate their academic studies with hands-on experience conducting cutting-edge research in various fields. This competitive research program consists of approximately eight weeks of research during the months of June through August, where selected participants will engage in meaningful research experiences to access valuable insight and hands-on experience while working with established professors at IIIT Hyderabad.
